As a Safety Compliance Officer, you will work alongside our esteemed Busway Health and Safety team to guarantee that all necessary health and safety standards are met, maintaining the integrity of our operations and upholding our commitment to public safety.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct rigorous inspections and thorough risk assessments of the busway, identifying any shortcomings and implementing corrective actions promptly.
  2. Deliver expert health and safety advice and assistance to colleagues and external partners.
  3. Coordinate efforts with the Lead Busway Health and Safety Officer to secure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • A valid, industry-recognised certification in Health and Safety.
  • Ongoing professional development in areas related to Health and Safety.
  • Previous experience working in a health and safety capacity within a complex environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
  • History of successfully executing risk assessments and producing high-quality reports.
