As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering internal and external refurbishment projects across various sites. Your primary focus will be on managing site teams, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with clients to provide high-quality services.
  • Effective cost control and subcontractor management.
  • Developing short, mid, and long-term programs for work streams.
  • Ensuring properties are handed over on time, adhering to strict KPIs.
  • Liaising with clients, contract administrators, and site staff.
  • Chairing sub-contractor progress meetings.
  • Utilizing MS Project for programming works.
