Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Service User to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to her unique needs and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support with daily tasks, maintain a safe and comfortable living environment, and promote community involvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting any changes or concerns, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience working in care or a related field
* Enhanced DBS certificate
* Ability to communicate effectively with Service Users, families, and healthcare professionals
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
