Responsibilities
As a Key Person, you will:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of adults with enduring mental illness
- Provide support and guidance to help individuals gain independent living skills
- Keep up-to-date entries for the people we support on our internal recording system
- Maintain a positive and non-judgmental attitude, with a good sense of humour and ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in mental health support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of mental health issues and support systems
- Basic IT skills, including record-keeping
