Responsibilities

As a Key Person, you will:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of adults with enduring mental illness
  • Provide support and guidance to help individuals gain independent living skills
  • Keep up-to-date entries for the people we support on our internal recording system
  • Maintain a positive and non-judgmental attitude, with a good sense of humour and ability to make safe and effective decisions under pressure

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in mental health support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good understanding of mental health issues and support systems
  • Basic IT skills, including record-keeping
