Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including epilepsy, Downs Syndrome, and autism. Your primary responsibility will be to provide 24-hour assistance, ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience working in a health or social care setting, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
