About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Cultivate supportive relationships with our young people, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to manage caseloads and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Conduct engaging key work sessions tailored to individual needs, helping them achieve their goals outlined in their Support Plans.
  • Proactively assess and manage risks associated with our young people, promoting a culture of positive risk-taking.
  • Provide practical support with daily living activities, such as budgeting, cooking, and establishing healthy routines.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our young people, encouraging personal hygiene and well-being.
  • Contribute to incident reporting and documentation, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them thrive. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to build trust and rapport quickly. You are organized, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.

Essential Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience working with young people in a support role.
