Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Support Worker to join our team at Teach360. As a Behavioural Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing behavioural and pastoral support to students in a mainstream secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans to support students
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure a consistent approach to behaviour management
  • Provide pastoral support to students, including mentoring and guidance
  • Collaborate with other agencies to provide additional support to students and their families

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting
  • Strong behaviour management skills and ability to de-escalate conflicts
  • Team Teach or physical intervention training desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
