We are seeking a skilled and experienced School Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a mainstream secondary school in Hounslow. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with challenging behaviour and will be able to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to promote positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the internal exclusion room and manage student behaviour
  • Oversee an internal exclusion programme to support students in returning to their lessons
  • Manage and analyse behaviour data to inform teaching and learning
  • Support students with their return to mainstream lessons and management after school impositions

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people
  • Good communication and numeric skills/IT & Admin skills
  • Positive role model, enthusiastic and flexible
