Job Summary:

Caremark Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team. As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex needs to live an independent lifestyle.

About the Role:

As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs. This will include assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, toileting, nutrition and hydration requirements, medication administration, and community access. You will also be required to accompany clients to school, use public transport, and provide companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, toileting, and nutrition and hydration requirements
  • Administer medication as required
  • Accompany clients to school and use public transport
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
