Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Enhanced Support Worker to contribute to our young people's services.

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated caseload and provide key-working support.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of individual needs and risks, establishing appropriate support levels.
- Collaborate with individuals to develop positive behavior support plans that identify triggers and necessary actions for positive risk management.
- Assist clients in engaging with their support programs.
- Guide clients in claiming eligible benefits and developing essential life skills, including budgeting and financial literacy.
- Encourage clients to manage their rent payments effectively.
- Support individuals in preparing healthy meals and making informed shopping choices.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in social care or charity sectors.
- Adaptability to challenging situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to plan, implement, and assess outcome-focused activities.
- Interpersonal skills to foster relationships with young people in both individual and group settings.
- Resilience and teamwork capabilities.

Desirable:
- Familiarity with the legal framework governing services for children and homelessness.
