Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the Youth Support Specialist is to oversee the internal exclusion area, ensuring effective management of student behavior and facilitating a structured internal exclusion program. This program aims to reintegrate students into their regular classes with improved behavior management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the internal exclusion room and manage student conduct.
  • Analyze behavior data to enhance student outcomes.
  • Support students in their transition back to mainstream classes.
  • Manage after-school behavioral interventions.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess relevant professional qualifications or experience in youth work, along with strong communication, numerical, IT, and administrative skills.

Personal Attributes: Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility in their approach.
