Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

AVASO Technology Solutions is a global IT solutions provider seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients across various industries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer system issues, including hardware and software problems, networking, VPN, connectivity, server, and other network devices/peripherals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to alerts and end-user IT issues.
  • Monitor and update Service Desk incident tracking tickets for purposes of demonstrating compliance with issue response and resolution, logging daily activities, and documenting solutions.
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, virtual machines, mobile phones, VOIP products, servers, backup systems, and miscellaneous devices.
  • Function as the primary point of contact and communication with customers from assignment of ticket to successful resolution of issue, including scheduling work and keeping customers aware of work status and solution progress.
  • Experience troubleshooting Active Directory, TCP/IP networks, and common PC and Mac applications/operating systems, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Experience working with WANs, LANs, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with computer/server hardware and software trouble shooting (experience on DELL servers is a plus).
  • Experience using centralized management tools for disk imaging, installing software packages, patching, and monitoring IT systems.
  • Certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, and Server+ are a bonus.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English language.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 hours of payment is guaranteed, and activities may range from a few hours to a full day.
  • Invoices must be issued within 3 hours after task completion and will be paid on the last business day of the month.
