Property Manager Position

Overview
We are seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Norwich. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business, as well as your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory health and safety standards
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues, ensuring properties are well-maintained and secure
- Processing eviction requests and resolving rental arrears in a timely and efficient manner
- Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports, to ensure transparency and accuracy
Requirements
- A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
- Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and administrative roles, with excellent customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and IT skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £18,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Up to £5,400 in capped commission, in addition to basic salary
- A further £2,725 uncapped commission target, in addition to basic salary
- Minimum on-target earnings of £26,125+ per year
- Company car and full-time working hours, with a day-in-lieu for one in every four Saturday working days
