Experienced Account Manager for US Property Team

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our US Property team in Norwich. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our Account Management team and ensuring exceptional support for our brokers.

This role requires a strong technical expertise and contract drafting skills. You will collaborate closely with the Head of US Property and the Operations Director to achieve divisional targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the US Property Account Management team and overseeing contract drafting process
  • Providing proactive support to brokers by coordinating placement activities
  • Collaborating with end-to-end service teams to ensure clients receive best-in-class service
  • Driving operational management of the US Property team to meet quality and efficiency goals

You will also develop and deliver operational training for the US Property team and maintain and manage the financial pipeline, operational data, and reporting for US Property.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Account Handler or Broker Support role
  • Strong technical expertise and contract drafting skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications and a client-focused, quality-driven mindset

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
