The ideal candidate will have experience in managing key performance drivers, working closely with stakeholders, and providing strategic relationship management to large customer accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial property sectors, adding value and driving growth through client and customer relationships.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including colleagues in credit control, pricing, sales, and marketing, and customer services.
- Providing strategic relationship management to large customer accounts.
- Maintaining regular and appropriate contact with clients and customers, ensuring they are fully informed of all products and services and ongoing project delivery.
The estimated salary for this role is around £70,000 per annum, plus bonus based on revenue target, and car allowance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a highly supportive team environment and ongoing development opportunities within the group.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing key performance drivers across all accounts, including revenue performance, lead conversion, and debt performance.
- Working closely with the Bids & Tenders team to understand customers in depth, working towards 90% retention on all renewals.
- Presenting to internal and external meetings, confidently understanding the business values, products, and services.
