Commercial Portfolio Expansion Director

About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial property sectors, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets. This is an exciting time to join our team as we roll out strategic projects aimed at expanding our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and clients
- Develop and maintain client and customer relationships, adding value and driving growth
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including colleagues in credit control, pricing, sales, and marketing, as well as customers and clients
About You
We are looking for a driven and ambitious individual with a proven track record in business development. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues. Adept at operating in a fast-paced environment, you should have a strong commercial acumen with financial literacy, understanding profitability, gross margins, and rebate structures. Self-sufficient and flexible, you should be willing to travel when needed and have the ability to work in a highly competitive market.
What We Offer
A base salary circa £70,000 + bonus based on revenue target + car allowance. Working in a highly supportive team and ongoing development opportunities within the group.
