Job Description
JobHop is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the team in Norwich. In this role, you will take on a hands-on managerial position within the Lettings team, overseeing and growing the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the lettings team
- Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance
- Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards
- Conduct property inspections
- Manage tenancy extensions and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors
- Handle deposit returns and rental arrears
- Process eviction requests
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage complaints effectively
- Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Property Manager
- Ability to create a positive team spirit
- Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Basic IT proficiency
- Driving license
