About This Role

As a Property Management Manager at Spicerhaart, you will be responsible for leading our property management team at our office on Norwich's Queen Street. In this role, you will be working as part of our Lettings team to manage and grow our residential portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of property managers to ensure the smooth operation of our property management services.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, conducting one-to-one meetings as necessary.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies, including conducting property inspections and negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
  • Co-ordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties, and process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, completing check in and check out procedures and full inventory reports.
Requirements
  • You will need a full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
  • You should be able to create and encourage a positive team spirit and develop your team to advance their careers.
  • You will also need strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation and the ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all clients.

As a Property Management Manager at Spicerhaart, you can expect:

  • A basic salary of £28,500 to £39,000, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission.
  • A further £3,725 uncapped commission target.
  • £39,425 up to £49,925 complete on-target earnings.
  • Company Car or a monthly Car Allowance*.
