Programme Manager Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our transformative work programme aimed at enhancing support for residents with learning disabilities and autistic residents in Barking and Dagenham.
Key responsibilities- Finalise and execute a comprehensive strategy addressing the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Manage complex change processes at programme and project levels, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead key projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure robust governance across the programme.
- Design and execute an effective communication strategy, engaging with all impacted stakeholders, and managing risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee projects supporting broader objectives, such as implementing new technologies, upskilling staff, and introducing new ways of working.
- Previous experience delivering change within complex statutory settings of adult and children's social care in England is essential.
- A degree or equivalent qualification/training (e.g., PRINCE 2, Agile, MSP) or equivalent experience is required.
