About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Disability Support Manager to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess the care needs of clients and design, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care in partnership with clients, families, and support workers.
  2. Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
  3. Create positive outcomes in people's lives while effectively managing, engaging, and promoting best practice to a remote team of Support Workers.
  4. Share knowledge, participate in training, and join the network of other Learning Disability Support Managers.
  5. Ensure an elevated level of compliance to SweetTree's Quality Assurance markers and play a key role in ensuring relevant company KPI's are met.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience working with vulnerable adults within a specific discipline.
  2. An understanding of the challenges faced by remote support workers.
  3. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  4. 1 year experience in a supervisor/management role.
  5. Registered Learning disability Nurse/Advanced Nurse practitioner/Best interest Assessor.
