Learning Disability Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Learning Disability Support Manager to join our team at SweetTree Home Care Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the care needs of clients and design, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care in partnership with clients, families, and support workers.
- Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Create positive outcomes in people's lives while effectively managing, engaging, and promoting best practice to a remote team of Support Workers.
- Share knowledge, participate in training, and join the network of other Learning Disability Support Managers.
- Ensure an elevated level of compliance to SweetTree's Quality Assurance markers and play a key role in ensuring relevant company KPI's are met.
- Previous experience working with vulnerable adults within a specific discipline.
- An understanding of the challenges faced by remote support workers.
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- 1 year experience in a supervisor/management role.
- Registered Learning disability Nurse/Advanced Nurse practitioner/Best interest Assessor.
