Learning Disability Care Worker

We are looking for a compassionate Care Assistant / Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support children with diverse special needs in our SEN schools across Wigan.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to engage and support pupils' learning, develop therapeutic relationships with pupils, and assist in supporting pupils with emotional regulation.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- Comfortable supporting pupils with diverse and/or complex learning disabilities.
- Ability to engage and support pupils' learning.
- Experience in supporting pupils with SEND needs is desirable but not essential.
**Salary and Benefits:**
- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.
- Free online training opportunities.
- Excellent rates of pay.
- Schools based in Wigan.
- Full-time - 5 days a week 8:30 - 4:00.
- Opportunity for a permanent contract.
