About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Learning Disabilities Care Worker to join our team at Reeson Education in Hackney. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with special needs to achieve their goals.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to students with complex needs.
  • Assist students with daily living activities, including personal care and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a class team to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to commute to Hackney easily.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, term-time only, and no visa restrictions.
