Hydrogen Group is a leading financial services client currently seeking an experienced People Experience Analyst to join their People Team.

This role involves looking after all HR Systems, including Cascade, IPOS and Backchecks. The ideal candidate will have experience of HRIS, particularly Cascade, as well as data and insights analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR Systems and ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Analyse data to provide insights and support business decisions.
  • Support colleagues during periods of change.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • 2 days in office per week in our London office.
