Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our Beverage stores in the Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire regions. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability and sales through the delivery of the Store P&L and Retail Plan across the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across the store
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and department managers
    • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting sales and customer service goals
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and support
    • Monitor and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with the buying team to ensure that the store is receiving the right products and promotions
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement in-store promotions and events

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
    • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners
    • Ability to provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
    • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
