Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at The Store Oxford. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bars and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests into our bars and provide outstanding service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Take reservations and manage bar operations, including the production of quality cocktails and the management of inventory.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beer, wine, and spirit offerings, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, and that the hotel's food and beverage operations are successful.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar hospitality environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and the ability to make recommendations to guests.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as well as bank holidays.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing situations and priorities.
