Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at The Store Oxford. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our bars and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests into our bars and provide outstanding service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
- Take reservations and manage bar operations, including the production of quality cocktails and the management of inventory.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beer, wine, and spirit offerings, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, and that our bars are always clean and well-maintained.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar hospitality environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and the ability to make recommendations to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
