Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Team Lead to join our team at The Store Oxford. As a Bar Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, ensuring the success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming guests into the main bar and rooftop bar, and providing outstanding service
  • Taking reservations and managing the bar's operations
  • Producing quality cocktails and ensuring a high level of knowledge regarding our beer, wine, and spirit offerings
  • Leading a team of bar staff and providing coaching, inspiration, and guidance
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Working closely with the Bar Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit offerings, with the ability to provide recommendations and advice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
