Job Title: Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Store Oxford. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests into the main bar and rooftop bar, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take reservations and ensure that every guest has a seamless experience.
  • Provide outstanding service, production of quality cocktails, and answer any queries and questions our guests may have.
  • Lead a team of bar staff, providing coaching, inspiration, and guidance to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service.
  • Have a passion for coaching, inspiring, and leading a team that supports the Bar Manager.
  • Have strong people skills, an eye for detail, and quality control, and a love for all things hospitality.
  • Have some previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Have great communication, planning, and organizational skills.
