Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at The Store Oxford. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, setting the tone for every guest's experience and contributing to the success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests into our main bar and rooftop bar, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Take reservations and provide outstanding service to our guests
  • Produce high-quality cocktails and answer any queries or questions our guests may have
  • Develop and maintain a sufficient level of knowledge regarding our beer, wine, and spirit offerings
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar hospitality environment, preferably in a luxury hotel or boutique setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as well as bank holidays
  • Full and part-time opportunities available, as well as casual contracts
