Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our dynamic team at The Store Oxford. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests, ensuring the success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests into the main bar and rooftop bar, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take reservations and provide outstanding service to our guests.
  • Produce high-quality cocktails and answer any queries or questions our guests may have.
  • Lead a team of bar staff, providing coaching, inspiration, and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Have a passion for coaching, inspiring, and leading a team that supports the Bar Manager.
  • Have strong people skills, an eye for detail, and quality control, and a love for all things hospitality.
  • Have some previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Have great communication, planning, and organisational skills.
