Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Assurance Director to join our finance team at Equifax, Inc. As a key leader, you will be responsible for driving financial performance, managing a team of accountants, and ensuring accurate and timely revenue reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and experience working with revenue accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive financial performance and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and develop a team of accountants
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly accounting close
  • Review and manage team workload, including developing team members
  • Monthly variance analysis and investigation
  • Support the implementation and management of company Sales Incentive Plan Scheme
  • Manage key stakeholder reporting and expectations
  • Support year-end audit testing

Requirements:
  • Professional Accounting Qualifications
  • Experience working with revenue accounting or a good understanding
  • Track record of developing and maintaining highly efficient teams
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Have worked in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Estimated Salary: $200,000 - $280,000 per annum, depending on experience.
