Job Summary:
A competitive salary of £120,000+ per annum is on offer for the role of Sales Director at QA Ltd. This position involves driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strong customer relationships.

The Sales Director will lead a multi-territory sales team, develop and execute overall sales strategies, and contribute to key commercial projects. The successful candidate will possess visionary leadership skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and hands-on collaboration expertise to inspire the team and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large commercial team (15+ members) across multiple territories to deliver annual objectives and targets (£15m+ for single service lines)
  • IDentify emerging market opportunities and competitive risks to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Build strong relationships with key clients to maximise buying decisions and outcomes
  • Contribute to high-value client/prospect bid activity
  • Lead strategic projects influencing the sales approach and outcomes across QA
