Revenue Growth Strategist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial team, driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple territories and/or service lines.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing overall sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Leading a multi-territory and high-performing sales teams to deliver annual objectives and targets £15m+ for single service lines
- Identifying emerging market opportunities, competitive risk and customer strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Building strong relationships with key clients and/or influencing client terms' learning culture to maximise buying decisions and outcomes
- Proactive contribution to high value client/prospect bid activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in high-volume customer segments
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive value adding propositions
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM software (salesforce)
