Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial team, driving revenue growth and profitability across multiple territories and/or service lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing overall sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Leading a multi-territory and high-performing sales teams to deliver annual objectives and targets £15m+ for single service lines
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities, competitive risk and customer strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and/or influencing client terms' learning culture to maximise buying decisions and outcomes
  • Proactive contribution to high value client/prospect bid activity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in high-volume customer segments
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Proven commercial acumen with the ability to drive value adding propositions
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and CRM software (salesforce)
