About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Lead to join our team at Flagship Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial expert to lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, drive revenue growth, and ensure profitability across our organisation.

About the Company

Flagship Consulting is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with approximately 150 employees providing a wide range of Asset Management, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Programmes and Strategic Advisory services to our clients across the water, energy and environment sectors, across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and optimise pricing models to support business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven experience in pricing management and commercial operations
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
