Revenue Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our event sales team and drive revenue growth in our company.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity offers a challenging role in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will approach tasks with a can-do attitude, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Organise and support the sales team to ensure they have in-depth knowledge of the hotel and provide exceptional customer service at every interaction.
- Manage incoming inquiries from conversion through to a seamless transition to our operations team on the day of the event.
- Oversee all event paperwork while coordinating with relevant hotel departments to ensure understanding of requirements.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue, conversion, and drive repeat business through proactive and reactive sales.
- Oversee forecasting and reporting and associated administration for the role.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Experience in hotel sales and supervisory experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software such as Opera Cloud necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £48,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
