About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Manager to drive our sales and events strategy across a cluster of our flagship London venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans:Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to drive increased bookings and revenue growth for Ivy West Street.
  • Drive Business Development Initiatives:Actively seek new business opportunities to enhance the venue's profile and secure significant bookings.
  • Represent and Network at Industry Events:Act as the venue's ambassador at key industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Manage and Cultivate Client Relationships:Oversee and develop long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a Business Development Manager role within the restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop successful business strategies.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
