We are seeking an experienced social work manager to lead our team of professionals in the delivery of youth services.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, vision, and direction in functional areas of responsibility and assist the Head of Children and Justice Services and the Senior Service Manager in managing and developing Children and Families Social Work services.

A key focus will be on empowering practitioners to create a lasting difference for our children, individuals, families, and communities through positive and strong value-based leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of effective partnership working and leading change in a complex public sector environment, with qualifications such as a Registered Social Worker degree or equivalent.
