Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Childcare Team Lead to join our team at FTS Care. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and happy upbringing of young people in our care.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with our registered manager to support the day-to-day running of our residential home. This includes shared responsibility for staff supervision, work allocations, and direct work with children in the residential home.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures, as well as safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of young people. Your ability to interact well with children and their care teams will be essential in building trust and providing a supportive environment.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
