About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Residential Care Assistant - Falkirk to join our dedicated team in a specialist residential home near Falkirk.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young and working-age adults with learning disabilities, often accompanied by additional needs like epilepsy or sensory differences.
