About the Role

A compassionate and empathetic individual is required to join our team as a Support Worker at our specialist residential home in rural Scotland. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers flexibility in terms of shift patterns.

Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day living, wellbeing, and social support to residents with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and with an outstanding quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications
