We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team as a full-time, permanent Clinical Care Specialist in a general nursing and dementia home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care, including wound care, catheter care, and medication management, ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Work 8-8 day or night shifts, with 3 or 4 shifts available per week, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is up to £49,500, based on 4 shifts per week. Our organisation offers continuous training and progression opportunities, allowing you to grow and develop within the company.
