About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at SCRT Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, supporting them to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
About the Job:
Our Care Assistants are the backbone of our care service, providing emotional support and practical help to our clients. This may include assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting clients with their daily routines.
What You'll Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and be flexible in your approach to care.
