Job Role: Adult Care Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as adult care assistants. In this role, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing personal care and assistance with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  2. Offering emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  3. Working closely with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  4. Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care provision.
  5. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
