In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences. You will assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.

As a Homecare Companion, you will be an essential member of our care team, providing emotional support and companionship to our clients. Your kindness, patience, and understanding will bring comfort and reassurance to those we care for.

To succeed in this role, you will require a driving license and access to a vehicle for work. You must also be flexible and able to work various shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus mileage at 35p per mile.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday rates, holiday pay, and a pension scheme. You will also receive free PVG checks, company mobile phones, and uniforms, as well as access to our benefits and discounts platform, WeCare.
