**Location:** Remote/Office (Central Carers Association)

Care and Support Specialists play a vital role in ensuring that young adult carers receive the support they need to thrive. We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team at Central Carers Association.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct assessments to identify the needs of young adult carers and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and practical assistance to young adult carers and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in care and support services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Estimated Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
