Salary: £14.30 per hour

Job Description:
This role involves providing 2:1 support to a young man with complex needs, including learning disability and Autism spectrum disorder. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting him in his daily life, including medication administration, cooking, shopping, personal care, and maintaining his home. This position requires patience, understanding, and a commitment to helping the individual achieve his goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting individuals with complex needs is essential. A SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care would be highly desirable but not necessary. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
