Domiciliary Care Assistant

We're seeking a skilled Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team at The Good Care Group Ltd. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll be working with clients in their own homes, providing tailored support and companionship. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a competitive salary of £20,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Your duties will include providing daily care provision, managing medical conditions such as dementia, stroke, and Parkinson's, and assisting with personal care. You'll also be responsible for administering medication, moving and handling, cooking, cleaning, and ensuring the smooth running of the house. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you excel in your role.
To succeed in this position, you'll need at least 6 months' professional care experience in any care setting, such as live-in carer, domiciliary carer, care assistant, or support worker. A driver's licence is an advantage but not essential. We cover all UK travel expenses, so you can focus on providing top-notch care without worrying about the cost.
