**Job Title:** Senior Care Coordinator
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at Rainbow Care Services. As a senior member of the coordination team, you will be responsible for providing support to the branch manager and care coordinators in the recruitment and selection of domiciliary care staff.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a care setting, with a proven track record of business relationship management within the public sector. They will be responsible for ensuring that all newly recruited care staff complete their induction training and meet the necessary competencies.
