Care Services Manager

Rainbow Care Services is a dynamic organization that provides innovative care solutions to individuals in their own homes.
We are looking for a highly skilled Team Leader to join our team, who can promote a high-quality service that enhances the independence and choice of our service users. The successful candidate will have excellent management skills, be able to communicate effectively with staff and service users, and work collaboratively with other teams.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures, and representing the company at a senior level both internally and externally. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
