Estimated Salary: £24,240 - £24,480 per annum (based on 20 hours per week)

About the Role

C-Change Scotland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Development Coordinator to support an individual in his daily life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care needs, encouraging engagement in hobbies and interests, and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Support with daily routines and activities
  • Encourage participation in leisure activities such as playing pool and table tennis
  • Accompany on outings and excursions
  • Provide personal care as required
